1.Reservations and Payments
To make a reservation, you must provide us with your name, contact information, preferred tour date(s), and the number of people.
2.Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to the tour date, we will refund your deposit less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour date are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
3.Liability
Mr Travel Morocco is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property resulting from any of our services, including tours, transportation, and accommodations. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself and your belongings.
4.Health and Safety
You are responsible for your own health and safety during the tour. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements you may have.
5.Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner during the tour. You will be responsible for any damages caused to our vehicles or equipment.
6.Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Mr Travel Morocco and may not be used without our express written permission.
7.Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
